- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had been a customer for over 10 years. Using World Finance to "build" my credit. World Finance was reporting my payments as they were made. Once my loan was paid off World Finance never reported my last and final payment showing that the loan and been paid in full. It is now showing as delinquent for over a year. After contacting the branch in Moline,IL making them aware of this mistake, it is now up to me to clear this from my credit report. I requested the paperwork of said loan to be mailed to my home address in order to clear this manner up with Equifax. I have been waiting for almost a month for this paperwork and still have yet to receive anything. This company is not trying to help anyone build credit! It is poor customer service when the client has to clean up the mess of a company they were only seeking help from. What a nightmare!! If you are trying to build credit I strongly urge people to stay away from World Fiance you will have delinquent SCARS left on your credit report.By Rachel Wentzloff, July 26, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wouldnt even rate this company. The manager that works there is very rude and need to learn to deal with her customers with a better attitude then she does. She was so rude to me that I walk out and let my husband to deal with her. Then the situation that they was having a problem with was their fault but we were the ones that they was being rude too. I feel they owe us a an apology. When my loan is done I will not be going back and I will not recommend any of my friends because of this Manager.By A Google User, October 16, 2016
